  12. What this vault is built from, and which of it is still authoritative.
  14. ## Current seed data
  16. **Ines's partner roster workbook.** The baseline the entire partner census is built on top of.
  17. **Never modify it.** In the shipped sample it is
  18. `07-Automation/sample/inputs/Partner-Clients-Roster_2026-09-07.xlsx`, generated by
  19. `07-Automation/sample/generate_sample.py` (see [[README]]).
  21. Refreshed copies for the manual Google Drive swap are written to
  22. `05-Outputs/partner-runs/Complete-Partner-Clients-List_updated-<date>.xlsx`. Those refresh the
  23. Plinth columns and append newly-qualified clients; human columns and the curated
  24. "2026 Partner Working List" tab stay untouched.
  26. Lifetime value is computed from `07-Automation/data/order_history.json`, seeded from that
  27. workbook and extended by each weekly run. Never recompute lifetime totals from a raw all-time
  28. Plinth query: `orders.fetch` truncates.
  30. ## Outreach design and templates
  32. The verbatim email templates and call scripts were extracted from the original DRAFT
  33. outreach design doc (quarterly check-in, executive outreach, and testimonial client
  34. interviews, with a questionnaire; March 2026). That doc is not included in this repo. The
  35. template and script notes cite it as their verbatim source. See [[Check-In-Outreach]] and
  36. [[Executive-Outreach]].
  38. ## Superseded
  40. - **The founding-cohort spreadsheet** (2026-06): the original Check-In + Winback cohorts.
  41. It seeded the first stubs, was superseded by Ines's workbook at the 2026-07-23 partner
  42. backfill, and **the file was deleted from the vault on 2026-08-12.** Recorded here so older
  43. [[LEDGER]] and [[CHANGELOG]] entries that mention it stay readable. It is not the source of
  44. the current stub set, and it is not included.
