  8. # SKILLS_REFERENCE: Quarterly Outreach
  9. The skills live in the companion repo `meridian-skills`.
  10. | Skill | When it triggers here |
  11. | ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
  12. | `client-enrich` | **The enrichment skill for this vault.** Populating `## Research` on any stub or cohort. Pipeline-aware across all four in-scope funnels (24 / 26 / 36 / 16); resolves cohorts from `outreach_pipelines` frontmatter, checks suppression before spending Apollo credits, honors the [[CLAUDE-clients]] scraping-dump contract. Use it for one-off lookups too, so anything written back to a stub goes through one path. |
  13. | `matt-guerra-email` | Any client email, reply, follow-up, or win-back draft. Use for all outbound copy so it sounds like Matt. |
  14. | `partner-pipeline-push` | Pushing an approved cohort into a Bitrix deal funnel and posting each client's enrichment as a deal comment. Human-gated: never runs off the back of a routing pass on its own. |
  15. | `bitrix-pipeline-board` | Visualize the open lead pipeline by owner/stage. |
  16. | `product-lookup` | Confirm product specs before recommending in a call/email. |
  17. | `production-speed-csv` | Turnaround questions during planning conversations. |
  18. ## One skill per job: no per-operator forks
  19. `client-enrich` is shared to both operators rather than copied. The retired `client-enrich-hazel` was a byte-identical fork that froze on 2026-07-15 and drifted into pointing at a deleted folder and missing the suppression list; see [[DECISIONS]] (2026-08-11). If a skill needs to behave differently for someone, change the skill; don't fork it.
  20. **Known defect, found 2026-08-10:** `enrich_writeback.py` used to bump a frontmatter key called `updated`, but vault stubs use **`last_modified`**, so the script appended a second date key that then drifted. Its `FM_KEYS` also lacked `industry` and `company_website`. Both are fixed in the current `client-enrich` (it stamps whichever date key the stub already has, preferring `last_modified`). Still true: the `## Snapshot` "Title" row sits outside its write scope, so fill it by hand, and normalize away a stray `updated` key on any stub you touch. See [[LEDGER]].
