  13. | Drafting client emails in Matt's voice, judgment calls, planning | Sonnet (default) | Quality and voice matter; client-facing. |
  14. | Bulk enrichment parsing, formatting scraped data into stubs, dedupe | Haiku | High volume, low reasoning; cheap and fast. |
  15. | Deep account research / synthesis across many sources for a key account | Opus | Heavy reasoning on a high-value target. |
  17. Default to Sonnet. Drop to Haiku for repetitive structured work across the stubs. Reach for Opus only on a strategic account worth the spend.
