My art practice has become a tool for exploring and expressing my mental health struggles and trauma through documentary photography. Using photos from my archive, I created a visual diary of my life, documenting my addiction and the challenges I faced. By sharing these images, I aim to validate the reality of my experiences and shed light on the impact of trauma on mental health. I hope to inspire others to confront their own struggles and find solace in the transformative power of art. This series is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and a reminder that there is always hope for healing and growth.
