  13. # Retail (Baseline Group)
  14. Non-partner baseline segment: regular clients whose lifetime spend sits below the lowest Partner Program band. The driver computes these as `user_group_correct` **"Not a partner client"** (or leaves the field empty). They are the pool that gets nurtured toward [[Palladium-Partner]] status. See [[00-Index]].
  15. ## Clients in this group
  16. Same query shape as the partner tiers: computed tier, sorted by most recent order (`ltv` is a currency string, so it is not sorted on). The driver writes stubs only for partner clients, so the shipped sample has no Retail stubs and this list is empty.
  17. ```dataview
  18. TABLE WITHOUT ID file.link AS "Client", company AS "Company", email AS "Email", ltv AS "LTV", total_orders_count AS "Orders", last_order_date AS "Last Order"
  19. FROM "03-Clients/client-stubs"
  20. WHERE user_group_correct = "Not a partner client" OR !user_group_correct
  21. SORT last_order_date DESC
  22. ```
  23. ## Outreach fit
  24. Accounts that cross into the Palladium band are picked up by [[Client-Interaction]] (Partner Tier Upgrade, cat 24). Regular check-ins use [[Check-In-Outreach]] with [[Email-Success-CheckIn-1-Full]]. Lapsed accounts route to [[Winback-Outreach]].
